Counselling, or Cellular Psychology as I call it, is about understanding our energetic communications, particularly our emotions, and how the emotional body communicates and translates information to and from the emotional mind.  The principle is based on both the psychological and biological process,  how they function in unison and what happens when they fragment and stagnate - effecting us physically, metaphysically and ethereally.

We once incorporated this understanding into our lives as a standard, rather than out of need, but we have fallen into the unfortunate habit of developing the head (ego) over the heart (self-worth) and neglected to understand our nervous systems communication network in relation to this.  The term ‘mind’ encompasses everything but it is still referred to, certainly in the west, as to what goes on within the limited confines of the head. This approach is both mistaken and misleading - something that (ethical) science is beginning to recognise, along with the complex network of nerves contained within our organs, particularly the gut (knower/main frame brain), and its relationship with the head (ego/secondary brain).  But there is long way to go before we advance to our previous knowledge and understanding in ancient Psychologies.

That’s what this work is about; gaining a fuller awareness of the ‘self’.  Sitting with our complex, long-held pain and suffering is unpleasant and challenging but if you wish to release yourself from it properly then it is absolutely necessary.  People tend to believe or choose to believe that we can think our suffering away or that it goes away on its own - it doesn’t.  It might go on pause or lay dormant for periods but the universe has a way of reminding us that it’s still there for us to look at. In order to release/dissolve issues, on a cellular level, we need to focus inward and understand. It is a process that I refer to as ‘mining’ and utilising safe methods is paramount.  Attempting to manage (suppress) or extract the pain with clinical methods, unnecessary pharmaceuticals, or modern-day quick-fix-healing methods is not only futile, it omits the opportunity to develop the knowledge contained within the experiences themselves - experiences that often accumulate over lifetimes - as part of the soul’s development. Unfortunately, our current culture suffers from debilitating levels of impatience and the temptation to take short cuts or skirt around core issues is as increasingly evident as it is pointless.

Any avenues that promise swift and easy resolution to suffering, especially deep rooted traumas, are as poorly informed on the complexity of human psychology as they are on the principle of ‘effective recovery’ in relation to soul evolution (individual and collective) - which is why the subjects of Numerology, Quantum Physics and Symbolism are as intricate to the process as Psychology.

I have worked as a talking therapist for 11+ years and hold qualifications in Counselling (CPCAB) and in Nutrition and Health (NCFE CACHE).  These disciplines are applied here during the therapeutic process as they would be in other practices. However, due to the nature of my work and the understanding of what intensive processing entails, this form of therapy is carried out quite differently to modern day forms of counselling.  Most of my knowledge, certainly on the subject of complex (childhood) trauma, has come from years of focussed efforts to recover ‘effectively’ at the source, and the inclusion of the soul and the development of universal awareness has proven vital to this.  I began on this path over 30 years ago and it helped me to conclude that the current approach towards trauma in mainstream healthcare is both stagnant and inadequate. This has, in my view, helped open the door to the myriad of quick-fix fads so prevalent today.  I do not dismiss modern psychology completely because it was somewhat helpful in laying foundations to develop my own understandings and achieve ‘effective recovery’ which, in turn, led me to tailoring my own approach to trauma therapy.   The focus during this process is on having a balanced approach to self-analysis, and understanding the relationship with atomic (sensory) learning is key.   This is ‘Cellular Psychology’.

The work is intensive and will be one of the most challenging forms of healing you will undergo which is why you are thoroughly assessed before proceeding. The majority of people who seek my help are already spiritually aware and have undergone long-term therapy/healing techniques and training. This is essential as establishing your own universal connection is very much part of the process, as is self-awareness through competent analysis.  Even those with long standing connections may find these change to accommodate this work, which is in-line with their evolution as well. The level of fluency in communication is appropriate to the core issues being addressed and processing the material effectively - which requires all parties working in unison. This is correct and ensures the methods used are managed properly and safely during session and out of session.  Therefore, if I feel that you are not ready to do this, or at least not at this time, then I will signpost you towards other options that may be more suited to you.
